Responsibilities include:
Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment
Deliver therapy sessions that support patient wellness and functional independence
Document effectively within EMR system in accordance with regulatory standards
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs,
Educate patients, caregivers to promote safety and function
