In Ester's weekly therapy sessions, you will feel heard and understood and will leave with goals, and understanding, and start the healing process.
No matter what you’re dealing with, Ester will listen and help. Ester has helped clients explore ways to heal and grow individually and with their partners. Many people who worked with Ester became more present and in the mment, while also left feeling more confident and optimistic about the future. Ester is Trained in Gottman Method for couples therapy and provides a Jewish therapeutic approach to families going through difficult times. Sliding rates can be provided.
