Female needed for CPA office located in the Midwood section of Brooklyn.

Requirements Include:
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good verbal and written skills
• Ability to multitask
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of Quickbooks a plus

Primary Responsibilities:
• Assist in the daily functions in the office
• Preparation of invoices and contacting delinquent accounts
• Capturing employee time and preparing payroll
• Assist in processing electronic returns
• Preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Provide clerical support
• Maintaining client database

No experience necessary. Training will be provided.
Students and recent grads welcome

Full-time hours preferred but will consider part time.
Salary based on level of experience and hours to be worked.
