Recreational Support Staff

Join a dedicated team supporting adults with developmental disabilities in a warm, inclusive group home setting.
This part-time role (10–15 hrs/week, evening hours) focuses on creating meaningful and enjoyable recreational experiences that promote social connection, creativity, and quality of life.

🗓 Schedule:
Part-Time, Evening Hours | 💰 Pay: $21/hr

🧩 Key Responsibilities:
Plan and lead engaging group activities (games, music, arts & crafts, etc.)
Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages resident participation
Support social interaction and build rapport with residents
Provide light supervision and ensure safety during activities
Assist with daily routines and coordinate with residential staff

🎓 Preferred:
Strong communication, patience, and creativity
CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)
