*SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER:
This job will take a lot of creativity, personality, and forward-thinking. The candidate will keep a finger on the pulse of the ever-changing world of Social Media and its platforms. This candidate must be able to shift fluidly between being creative and studying reports and analytics, and have a head for each. The perfect candidate would be a team player and have personality! They will need to possess the skills to become fluent in Wrapunzel’s unique approach to community building through social media. Starting pay $21/hr, full-time hours. Hours and pay are negotiable based on experience. Work-from-home option available. About the job:
-Create content for all of our social media platforms (Youtube/TikTok/Pinterest/Facebook/Instagram/any other ones that may come up)
-Write, schedule, and post social media posts (apply to applicable platforms)
-Respond to comments and inbox messages on all social media platforms
-Create Stories for Instagram and Facebook
-Tag products on Instagram posts, after posted
-Write app notifications
-Write, draft, format, schedule, and send emails for Line Launches and Sales.
-Add new products to Facebook/Instagram Catalogs
-Create Facebook ads for sales and line launches
-Manage Google AdWords
-Switch out ads and be on top of the ever-changing algorithms of Google AdWords
-Review and change ad sets and ads on all advertising platforms
-Analyze which posts/ads are working and which aren’t and report and change accordingly.
-Be on top of the health and engagement of the posts
-Rotate/Add/Cancel posts based on how they’re doing
-Manage Facebook Business Manager and Google AdWords and report on them to Department Heads.
This candidate will be responsible for working with our Business Manager and assisting her in her various jobs. This person will need to be fluent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, OneNote, etc), able to take direction, be a team player, have knowledge and experience working in a professional working environment, understand when privacy and confidentiality are relevant, able to fluidly shift between the many changes and needs that arise throughout the day, and someone who is looking for a long term placement. Starting rate and hours are $15/hr, 30 hours per week. Hours and pay are negotiable based on experience. This is a local in-office position. -Draft monthly sales reports
-Streamline data into OneNote from various sources
-File, scan, e-file, and email
-Attach and categorize items in Quickbooks
-Revise and edit invoices
-Communicate with vendors
-Keep the appointment calendar
-Keep track of tasks and assist with the tasks
-Be able to understand written data as well as transmit it verbally
-Keep electric time card system up to date and fix employee time punches and expense entries
-Assist with the many business ventures on the horizon
-Have prior work experience in a workplace and being part of a team
