Senior Executive Assistant
This position is responsible for the management of all projects that come to the desk of the CEO, keeps him current on emails and other communications, acts as a gatekeeper, sets his schedule, and ensures that department heads are on track to meet goals as assigned. The position is fast paced, working for a growing company with great growth potential, and the candidate needs to be able to move quickly through tasks while juggling the many varied aspects of the company. The goal of the position is to help extract the CEO from the logistics and detail of daily operations, while enabling him to focus on strategy and vision, and providing him with the critical information he needs to make decisions by acting as a liaison with departmental directors and managers. This requires superior skills in project management, recording meetings and assigning deliverables, time management, and managing departmental reports.

Based in Monsey with travel to satellite offices in NJ.

Must be well organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail is crucial. Ability to multi-task and computer proficiency required. Fluent English, Yiddish a plus.
