Multi-Entity Global Distribution

A global open-market consumer-products distributor operating across 5 entities globally is hiring a
senior accountant / controller / bookkeeper.

What you'll own
• Full-cycle AR and AP for customers and intercompany
• Intercompany transactions and inventory movement — and how both hit the GL
• Standard bookkeeping schedules (prepaids, accruals, fixed assets, intercompany recs, inventory
recs)
• Month-end and year-end close across 5 entities — clean reconciliations and tie-outs

You must have
• Strong grasp of accounting principles
• Hands-on AR / AP experience — both customer and intercompany
• Real understanding of how intercompany transactions and inventory movement hit the GL
• Comfort running standard bookkeeping schedules without hand-holding
• Ability to work in multi-currency
• Ability to multi-task across entities and currencies
• Clean, organized work — you reconcile, you don't guess

Big plus
• NetSuite (OneWorld a major plus)
• Multi-subsidiary experience
• Open-market distribution, wholesale, or import/export background

Engagement
• Remote or hybrid
• Hours flexible — start part-time, scale as needed
