Morning/Day Supervisor

Looking for a responsible and organized individual to assist in overseeing a group home for individuals with special needs.

This is a daytime position working alongside management to help ensure the home runs smoothly.(Flexible hours)

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with staff supervision and shift coverage
Overseeing daily routines and ensuring quality resident care
Supporting a safe, structured, and well-managed environment
Monitoring staff performance and addressing day-to-day issues
Communicating with staff, supervisors, and families as needed
Ensuring policies and procedures are followed consistently
Handling documentation, incident reports, and daily logs
Assisting with scheduling and general coordination of the home
Supporting residents’ needs, independence, and overall well-being

$21-$23 Per Hour - Salary is commensurate with experience and education. Room for growth.
