Female Secretary for CPA Firm (Experience Not Required, But a Plus)
Monsey CPA firm is seeking a dedicated and efficient female Secretary to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining exposure to the world of accounting and finance. While previous experience in a similar role is not mandatory, it is a valuable asset.
Provide administrative support to the CPA firm, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
•Assist in maintaining and organizing client files and documents, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
•Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
•Prepare and format various business documents, reports, and presentations.
•Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and invoice processing.
High school diploma or equivalent.
•Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
•Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Friendly and professional demeanor, with customer service skills.
