Director of Acquisitions

Leading Real Estate and Hospitality company is seeking a Director of Acquisitions to manage real estate purchase and leasing deals nationwide from inception through completion.

Core Responsibilities:
• work with sourcing department to identify strategically sound deals
• work with developers and owners, negotiating terms of deal
• oversee underwriting and other steps in the process
• raise equity, presenting deal to investors and leveraging key industry relationships

Requirements:
• Regular travel
• 3 years minimum Commercial Real Estate experience
• well-developed industry network

Salary commensurate with experience, generous bonus structure for closing deals.
