New and dynamic startup looking for good customer service representative.
Required duties include, but not limited to;
•Answering incoming calls from potential customers/leads
•Be able to communicate clearly and effectively the benefits and what our company does, and get leads to book appointments.
•Keep detailed tracking/progress log on all leads
•confirm all booked appointments, and ensure all applicable and necessary customer forms are completed prior to visit
•Keep detailed log and info on all existing customers
•Once customer has been established and service(s) rendered, concierge assistance should be offered throughout their experience to secure referrals and positive social media reviews from client.
Good phone skills
Prior Project management experience
Full time availability
Experience in creating tracking information in excel worksheets
