For over twenty years, DDC ( has been providing software solutions for Jewish schools and nonprofit organizations. We are looking for a new member to add to our local support team. This is a full time position working from our office in Sunset Park, Brooklyn in the Industry City creative complex.

Responsibilities include:
• Assisting clients in use of our proprietary software (will train)

• Bright and quick learner
• Polite & professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous technical support experience a plus

Ideal candidate will be:
• Willing to take on new tasks as they arise
• A good team player
• Flexible and positive
• Able to travel
