Controller/Office Manager

Chevron Property Holdings, an owner and operator of multifamily residential units throughout Philadelphia, is looking for Financial Controller & Office Manager to join their Monsey, New York office!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Manage accounts payable and receivable; ensures accuracy and timeliness
• Oversee monthly cash flow, occupancy and collection rates
• Assist in reviewing general ledger
• Track and adjust yearly budgets
• Accumulate information to provide to accounting team
• Assist in oversight and tracking of special renovation projects
• Handle credit card and bank payments
• Coordinate and organize financial reporting for lender requirements

• Friendly and upbeat demeanor
• Strong communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask
• Experience and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite required
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles and/or accounting experience required
• Multifamily real estate or similar background preferred
• The company is willing to provide training for a candidate with the right background and/or skill set.

Compensation & Benefits:
• $60,000-$80,000 annually, commensurate with experience
