Investment sales Associate
Goldcap Real Estate advisors is seeking a highly-motivated salesperson with a passion and hunger for sales to join our growing team as an Investment sales associate.
Candidates with or without prior experience will be considered. This position includes all the training you'll need to succeed plus one-on-one mentorship to help you develop and refine your skills.
Your primary responsibility will be cold calling prospects and building a pipeline of potential leads to generate dealflow. You will also help find interested buyers and assist with building tours for existing inventory. We will provide access to the latest real estate technologies to aid you in your work and help you stay up to date with developments in the industry.
The salesperson must work out of our Brooklyn office. This is NOT a work-from-home position.

Cold calling prospects to build and maintain relationships with sellers and buyers
Building a sales pipeline to help generate deal flow
Originate new exclusive and off market listings
Assisting fellow brokers with existing inventory and finding interested buyers
Conducting building tours (car is a plus but not needed)
Study local markets and become familiar with the active players
Ambition, self-motivation, an impeccable work ethic, and a strong desire to succeed
The ability to work on your own and as a team player
Strong communication skills
A desire to learn and take direction from senior brokers/mentor
Capable of taking rejection in stride and learning from your mistakes
A passion for commercial real estate
Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting daily
Basic computer knowledge including email, excel, word etc
Current NYS real estate salesperson license
Honesty, integrity, determination and persistency
Compensation: 100% commission based with a unique and competitive split structure.
