Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Admin Director to oversee daily clinical operations, manage a clinical team, and ensure high standards of care. This full-time, in-office role is based in New York and requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations. We align our work schedule with the Jewish calendar, including Shabbat, Yom Tov, and holidays.

Responsibilities and Duties-

Clinical Operations: Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and high-quality patient care.
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor clinical staff, fostering a collaborative, supportive work environment.
Quality Assurance: Monitor treatment plans, case management, and services to ensure compliance and optimal outcomes.
Performance Management: Evaluate staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and address any issues promptly.
Crisis Management: Respond to high-risk clinical situations, ensuring appropriate interventions and follow-up.
Program Development: Collaborate with leadership to develop and enhance clinical programs aligned with organizational goals.
Communication: Maintain regular communication with leadership on clinical outcomes, staff performance, and any challenges.
Onboarding and Training: Oversee onboarding and continuous training of clinical staff to maintain competency and compliance.

Skills/Experience Required-

LCSW Licensure: Current and valid LCSW licensure in New York State (required).
Clinical Experience: Proven experience in clinical leadership or supervisory roles.
Leadership Skills: Ability to manage and motivate a clinical team while ensuring high standards of care.
Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of state and federal regulations in clinical care.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Crisis Management: Ability to handle complex, high-pressure situations effectively.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Emotional Resilience: Ability to maintain professionalism and handle challenging situations with composure.

Salary Range:
$80,000 – $100,000

Schedule-
Full-time, Monday 9am-5pm –Friday 9am-1pm (On-site)
