Key Responsibilities
Conduct outreach to potential clients to generate leads and identify decision-makers
Follow up with client organizations to maintain communication and build relationships
Serve as a liaison between clients and internal support teams, ensuring a seamless experience
Develop insights and strategies to identify new prospects and enhance client engagement
Assist with onboarding and training processes for new hires to integrate them effectively into the team
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude
Strong organizational and networking abilities, including experience with cold-calling and drop-ins
Proficiency in using online resources for information gathering and lead generation
Prior experience in business development and coordinating sponsorship events (preferred)
