Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive growth and expand our service offerings.
Identify and engage potential clients, partnerships, and referral sources to enhance service reach.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business goals and service delivery.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and risks.
Prepare and present reports on business development progress and outcomes to senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the healthcare or educational sectors.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships effectively.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Passion for working with children and a deep understanding of ABA therapy and related services is a plus.
