2 bedroom Apt. on the fourth floor of an elevator building, that has approx 650 square feet. Painted and floors done, as of yesterday. There is only street parking. This building is close to the 2/5 train at Brooklyn College/Flatbush Ave junction, as well as plenty of kosher shops. (The Dunkin' Donuts across the street is kosher as well as Meisner's and within one block is Key Foods, Wolf's kosher supermarket, Spoons, and Perizia pizza, as well as several others.)
The bedrooms get a lot of light, while the living room/dining room does not. There is a dishwasher in the unit, but no washer/dryer hook up. There is, however, washers and dryers in the basement.
The price includes heat/hot water and gas. Tenant pays electricity. There are A/C's in the bedrooms, but in the living/dining room there is only a ceiling fan.
There is no broker fee- first month and security deposit required as well as proof of income. There is an application from the coop building that must be filled out and I believe it is $100, whether approved or not. (Subject to the board approval- Must need proof of income/guarantor).
