We're looking to train qualified candidates from the ground up, exposing them to all facets of the commercial real estate mortgage brokerage business – from underwriting to research to ultimately brokering real estate finance deals. We want to develop well-­rounded, knowledgeable and informed commercial real estate mortgage brokers.

This is a sales job and would include making cold calls, with the goal of developing relationships with real estate owners and developers and working on their deals to arrange financing. You would also learn to analyze and underwrite those deals and put presentations together for lenders, and would also develop relationships with lenders.

The goal is to ultimately become a sophisticated and trusted real estate finance advisor.
